Good evening Valdemar, goos evening Friends! I like the gallery series g115-Next-large-painting-Project-with-Fernando-Painting.html very much and would be curious about the techniques used. I think the basics are painted with acrylics, but I think there is some pencil or fibre-pen is used to stress certain lines. May we get some additional information about the way they are painted? Friends, let me show you my latest work in a temporary installation. I would give it the name as "Visit of the seigneur". The characters came from VA-162, VA-138 and VM-044. The mounted sergeant is the ensign of VM-044 with modified right arm and the rear legs of his horse have also been re-arranged according standing still. Thank you for visiting. Kind regards- snagy

I join to the previous opinions: it is an outstanding work! The photo of the gate and of the blacksmith's workshop (third photo backwards) is really unbelievably vivid. I also like the paints of the figures. Wish once I could also reach this modeling expertise / level! May be it is intimate, but it would be interesting to hear sg. also about the techniques are used! Gentlemen, I would be curious your opinion about the best way to paint sword blade and also plate armour (e.g. cuirass). Earlier I used Tamiya enamel "Gun metal" mixed with either Tamiya enamel "Flat aluminium", highlighted with lighter mix of "Gun metal" and "Silver". Recently I started to use Vallejo paints and washes. In this range I have no experience so far - but would highly appreciate any advices in this subject. Best regards- snagy
