ok Paul. Let me explain how I'm doing the river. First the effect of liquid water should be spread in layers (no more than 3 mm at a time). They expect a couple of days and, when the layer is dry stretches a new layer, until desired thickness. The effect of weed in the water I tried to get a coloring of the water effect with layers of acrylic color green algae. The formation of the river is a bit complicated and long, I started over a month ago and still have not finished. So too the waterfall, you have to wait until the gel is curdled and then put out a new layer of gel, and so on. Hope that helps. Best regards.
I do not know if frequent updates are of interest to all, but I publish this further stage of work for those who were interested in the development of the various phases of the diorama. Hello everyone.[[File:Immagine 029.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 028.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 030.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 032.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 033.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 025.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 026.jpg|none|auto]]
A thorough work is unfortunately not agree with the rush, so the works are a bit slow. In any case these are photos of the last update, I hope you enjoy them.[[File:Immagine 002.jpg|none|auto]] more on my blog http://michigentilesmicroworld.blogspot....ment.html#links
[[File:10%20expo%20model%20verona.jpg|none|auto]]regarding the European Football Tournament in full swing, I invite you to see the wonderful work of a group modeling of Florence. to see more : http://www.modellisti3.com/manifestazion...rona%202012.htm
At this stage we prepare tenements of the village adjacent to the castle and grounds for the tournament. I usually use a light color, such as sand, for the bottom of the "young" wooden, or black for the bottom of the "old". Then brush both with brown. What do you think?
here is the new block just finished (still needs to dry a bit). Hello [[File:Immagine 001.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 002.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 003.jpg|none|auto]]
My little experience (as you've seen on my blog) comes from the construction of large dioramas, the minimum size of 100 x 70 cm, and therefore of small dioramas are a bit faster, but if I had more time .... .....
This morning I tried the new material and I can confirm that the cut is actually more precise and virtually zero leakage of material. I built a battlement tower with results significantly better than the polystyrene. Remains the lack of price a little high, but as mentioned you can limit to use it only for small structures where necessary precision of the cut (doors, windows etc. .....).
some photos of new stages of development. Good Sunday to all![[File:LANDSCAPE (14).jpg|none|auto]][[File:LANDSCAPE (10).jpg|none|auto]][[File:LANDSCAPE (11).jpg|none|auto]][[File:LANDSCAPE (12).jpg|none|auto]][[File:LANDSCAPE (13).jpg|none|auto]][[File:LANDSCAPE (14).jpg|none|auto]]
