here are the pictures. it is evident that for sure the ship is small for figures 1/72 and probably 1/75.[[File:Immagine 050.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 051.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 052.jpg|none|auto]]
good idea Paul, i'll do as soon as possible (now i'm at work). Undoubtedly, the two doors to the rooms are a bit low for figures 1/72, but normally the doors on ships are lower. In addition, the lifeboat, compared to medieval lifeboat is considerably smaller.
Paul is, I know these beautiful set of figures from Mirliton SG, some of which are in my diorama Frederik second and falconry (eg the woman who plucks the goose).
wel Jens, there are so few ships of the medieval period in 1/72 scale............ The ship San Gabriel is declared by Zvezda 1/100, but in some article on the web I read that an expert, based on measurements, said to be the ship in scale 1/75.
yesterday the ship was launched. Here some pictures : [[File:Immagine 011.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 012.jpg|none|auto]][[File:Immagine 013.jpg|none|auto]] more on my blog
is correct, Paul, there are too few drummers on the market 1/72, specially about medieval era. I attended in August at a parade where he was a group of not less than 30 drummers of the year 1400, with a spectacular (and sounds) amazing. I hope Alex reads this post, ehehehehehe
TX Ben. I find it very fascinating to give a personal touch to the figures. This was just a first attempt and I hope to do better in the future. Tx 4 watching!
Here's my first conversion. A Lancer set "Medieval tournament" turned into a drummer. More photos on my blog. Hello [[File:DRUMMER.jpg|none|auto]] [[File:DRUMMER (4).jpg|none|auto]] http://michigentilesmicroworld.blogspot....irst.html#links
thanks friends! Yes Paul, the kit contains 8 oars and it's really delicious and easy to assemble. I bought three of these kits but probably will buy more because I find that the model is also applicable to other times and not just in the Middle Ages. Ciao
TX Sam, somebody tell me (and i'm very gratefull to him) that bananas there not in brazil on 1500, becouse that plants were imported by portugues from africa after discovery. however i decide to put the banana trees also causing a small historical anachronism, because the visual effect is better in my opinion, a kind of "poetic license". hello
