I am continuing a series of urban residents and would like to discuss with you those figures here. I want to do a little holiday for these small creatures. After all, their life is hard and full of dangers. Here I would like to make a few more men and women dancing, holding hands (not knowing how to say it in English) as well as men who dance tosses his girlfriend up. These figures, which you can see I've been doing to train to sculpt a portrait.
Yes, it is very valuable to us! In addition, Jens and I believe all who are interested in our range of age and our figures are not just customers, but to a greater extent - colleagues and friends. Therefore it is always nice to do for other good cause. But also from friends, we always welcome honest criticism, as it will never be hurt, but will always use! Regards to all!
I think that you need to continue to make shapes. I, like many, began to sculpt because there were no such figures, as I wanted. Now many manufacturers are doing a lot of figures. But there is always something that no one will do, or done later. Therefore, I think we should try to do it yourself to anyone who likes it. And I'll always be glad to help and answer questions if anyone would want this.
I want to learn also from our friends: if there are old sets or individual pieces that can be combined in a set, then to release them from the plastic? I suppose that in order to make a small diorama with figures of Valdemar, or to show his skill in coloring - is preferable to use resin or metal, but to make the set pieces, to make numerous conversions or large diorama or assemble a large army - better than plastic? Or not?
I use the following method: do the picture on your computer, then make a mirror image of this figure, then print the image on a color printer for adhesive paper (for labels), then paste it from 2 sides to a thick sheet of foil (thin metal that bends easily, as in the wind) Then, you can improve a little drawing with a brush and paint by hand to look more alive
My friends! Jens and I are always looking for the best solution and the material for the production of miniatures. All materials have advantages and disadvantages. Resin is - it's expensive and fragile, but quickly made and high quality. Metal - not so expensive, and could still draw. But the quality is a little less. Plastic - may achieve a good quality, but within the limits that can enable a rigid form - a stamp. But the price of each figure is smaller and much larger circulation. With this in mind, what I said (and you all know this before) would like to hear from you: Which of the figures or sets of Valdemar would be preferable for materials: plastic, metal, resin?
I do not like. But not because I'm Russian. Apparel foot soldier is good - it means an experienced warrior. And to let a blow to the chest must be drunk. Or recruits. In the melee there are all sorts of randomness, but stories told by Dmitri - (you can see) very strange ...
Hello everyone on this forum! there is a remarkable forum, Concerning the ship - which shows a reconstruction. Unfortunately, no fine authentic sources of information, but there are descriptions in the texts. This - river boats, with flat bottom. It is these ships are most relevant to our range. Hopefully we will in the future we will work on that. http://alex-san.users.photofile.ru/photo...e/138978186.jpg
